Chalet Tropical is an absolute gem tucked away from the tourist crowds, making it the perfect escape in the Dominican Republic. The chalets are not only beautiful but also clean and comfortable. The service from Oliver and Sarah was incredible; they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to some stunning beaches. However, the lack of soundproofing in certain rooms might not be ideal for everyone. Overall, it's an amazing value for a unique experience.

Our honeymoon at Chalet #1 was a bit of a letdown overall, despite the amazing food and attentive service. The accommodations were poorly maintained, with uncomfortable furniture and cleanliness issues. We did appreciate the nice ambiance and the effort the staff put into making our stay as pleasant as possible, but the lack of comfort and safety dampened our experience considerably.
